i recently increased fiber intake by a pretty high number…there’s a decent amount of gas coming out the back door to say the least…anyone know how long my body will take to adjust?

@nobcheesy how inconciderate, maybe its because of where and how they grew up, or maybe something happend in thier past that trigger something like this. As much as AMERICA Bumbards t.v. commercials with Burgers and fries, they fall victom of the “Quick, Easy, and Cheap” ordeal. haha…hey, I heard that meat snacks like beef jerky will give you the same pleasure as a hamburger. And theres a whole lot less fat and calories in it (oops just more sodium)
